For the first time ever Suluguni had appeared in Samegrelo region. A true traditional cheese is produced by hand from cow's and buffalo's milk. Before end up on a store shelf, it firstly is sent to a basin with salt water.

You have to choose suluguni carefully❗️ A good cheese has an elastic and firm texture, slightly moist and without any strong smell. Could be as of white and of yellowish colour.
