Georgian suluguni cheese

For the first time ever Suluguni had appeared in Samegrelo region. A true traditional cheese is produced by hand from cow's and buffalo's milk. Before end up on a store shelf, it firstly is sent to a basin with salt water.

You have to choose suluguni carefully❗️ A good cheese has an elastic and firm texture, slightly moist and without any strong smell. Could be as of white and of yellowish colour.

The best suluguni is of course homemade one!😏 That's why we produce our own cheese, which you won't find anywhere else. We offer a wide range of dishes with cheese.
