Georgian people often use a pomegranate as one of the ingredients of the traditional Georgian dishes. You can often find it in salads, in different types of lobio. Additionally, it's a basis of sour sauces which are served with meat🍖 and fish🐟. ⠀ We have one of such sauces in our menu – Nasharab sauce.
