For the first time ever Suluguni had appeared in Samegrelo region. A true traditional cheese is produced by hand from cow's and buffalo's milk. Before end up on a store shelf, it firstly is sent to a basin with salt water. ⠀ You have to choose suluguni carefully❗️ A good cheese has an elastic and firm texture, slightly moist and without any strong smell. Could be as of white and of yellowish colour. ⠀ The best suluguni is of course homemade one!😏 That's why we produce our own cheese, which you won't find anywhere else.
